The attorneys at Clark & Lord are experienced attorneys with areas of special expertise in the fields of law that will touch the lives of every person, including family law (divorce, paternity, custody, and property), estate planning (including wills, trusts, probate, guardianships, conservatorship, and adoptions), and criminal law. All of the attorneys at Clark & Lord attended ABA accredited law schools, and all are former presidents of the Mount San Jacinto Bar Association.
Julie M. Clark graduated from the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law. She has been practicing law in Riverside County since February of 1992. She was employed by the firm of Cox & Cox until Governor Wilson appointed James Arlington Cox to the Riverside Superior Court in 1996. When Judge Cox rose to the bench, she opened her own office, practicing family law almost exclusively, in both the Superior and the Appellate Courts.
Elisabeth A. Lord graduated from the Santa Clara University School of Law. Even in law school, she focused her studies on family and criminal law practice. After graduation from law school and admission to the bar, she obtained in-depth experience in the areas of guardianship, adoption, and juvenile law practice as a defense attorney in the juvenile dependency system. This law firm and its clients have benefitted enormously from Elisabeth’s experience in both family law and criminal law.
